This Saturday the Jaarbeurs Utrecht will be the stage for Thrillogy. For more than 10 hours Headhunterz, B-Front and Promo will dominate their own areas. In line with the Thrillogy concept these 3 artists have had total freedom to set up their  own program. Most of the night the artists will play a solo set supported by other top DJs from the scene.

Make sure that you are on time since every area will have a spectacular opening show. Also this year the 3 Thrillogy heroes will perform the one hour closing set together!

An extra hour of Thrillogy!
During the night of Thrillogy the winterseason will come into effect. This means that you can party one hour longer! Keep in mind that the timetable will be communicated based on the original time setting. This means that we will party until 08:00 AM. Ergo, Thrillogy will end at 07:00 AM winterseason time. Please keep this in mind when you travel by public transport.

VIP
People who have purchased a VIP ticket  will have extra amenities such as a separate entrance, a free lockerbox and access to the VIP decks. The entrance is located at entry East of  the Jaarbeurs. This is located slightly opposite of the Central Station.

Entrance
When travelling by public transport you can also enter the Jaarbeurs via Entry East (opposite of Central Station). From here on out you walk through the hall until you find the regular entrance. This way you dont have to walk the entire way around the Jaarbeurs. Visitors who come by car will enter via entry West.

Lockers
You have the possibility to rent a lockerbox at the Jaarbeurs. You can use these to lock up your coats and bags. The deposit is 5 euro which you will receive back after giving back the keys. During the event it is not possible to go to your locker.

Tokens & Payment
Tokens can be purchased by cash or by card. You can pay for food and beverages with the same tokens. There will be enough registers at the entry and also in the halls. In addition there will be a cash dispenser available at the Jaarbeurs. Although be sure that you have enough cash with you.

Smoking
Indoor locations are treated as public spaces which means that you are not allowed to smoke inside. To facilitate the smokers, special smoking areas have been arranged.

Drugs
The organization conforms to the policies of local police of Utrecht.  This means a zero tolerance policy will be in effect. Be careful what you bring because everything will be inspected under the supervision of the police.

Cameras
Visitors are allowed to bring photographic equipment to Thrillogy. Also SLR cameras and video cameras are allowed. It is not allowed to bring professional video equipment with you.

Identification
The minimum age is 18 years old.When in doubt, the visitor is asked to identify himself. So make sure that you take a valid ID with you so you cannot be rejected. A drivers license, passport or Dutch identity card are valid means of identification.

Car & Parking
Plan your route in advance via www.routenet.nl with destination “Jaarbeursplein 6” in Utrecht. Visit www.vananaarbeter.nl to check whether there is actual work on the road. The Jaarbeurs is also indicated on the signs at the highway. If you have arrived at the Jaarbeurs you will follow the instructions of the traffic controller. Arrive early to avoid traffic jams.

Public transport
The Jaarbeurs is easy to reach by public transport. The Central Station is located slighty opposite of the Jaarbeurs Utrecht. Please note: during the weekend of Thrillogy there is limited train traffic because of constructions on the railway between Gouda and The Hague Central Station.  Because of these constructions the NS offers buses instead of trains between The Hague Central and Gouda.

• NS offers special NS- buses which will drive between Gouda, Zoetermeer-Oost, Zoetermeer, Ypenburg, Voorburg and The Hague Central.

• The Intercitys between Gouda and The Hague Central drive a different route.

• Intercitys (with the departure of every hour at -.29 and -.59) to Gouda and The Hague Central Station do not drive.

• Intercitys (with the departure of -.14 and -44. ) to The Hague Central Station will be diverted.

It would be smart to arrange your train ticket in advance. For Thrillogy you can make use of a weekend retour ticket. If you do not like to stand in line to order your ticket you can buy your train ticket in advance at www.ns.nl/eTicket
